More Nanny McPhee Castings News


Screenterrier has already reported on the casting of Asa Butterfield in the new Nanny Mcphee film here.

Further cast details have now been announced.

The "posh boy" Cyril will be played by 13 year old rising star Eros Vlahos (pictured left). As well as recently appearing in Skellig, Eros is also a stand-up comedian with his own website. He is represented by Byrons.

After five call-backs, 12 year old Rosie Taylor-Ritson (right) (represented by Mark Jermin Management) from Brighton beat thousands of auditionees to the role of Cyril's sister, Celia, a "posh, lonely girl" who is looked after by Nanny McPhee.

Augustus Prew who starred in The Secret of Moonacre alongside Dakota Blue Richards will play Lieutenant Addis.
