First look at Combat Kids

First look at the cast of CBBC's Combat Kids (aka Army Kids and Pad Rats), three 30-minute dramas from Lime Pictures, which examine the awkwardness of a family divided by the difficulties of military life.

A group of kids befriend an alien boy in the woods and choose to believe he's real, to avoid the pain of the real world

Among the cast are 14 year old  Anna Jobarteh, currently appearing in Waterloo Road , and 13 year old Kieran Wallbanks (represented by A&J Management) as Zan.

Also look out for Skins Series 3 & 4 star Lily Loveless who appears in Army Kids playing the role of Bex.

Combat Kids will be shown as part of CBBC's Army Season, a special season of programmes examining, through drama and documentary, how children are affected by war.
